Approach
My approach is grounded in solid foundations, drawing on systems thinking, design thinking, and lean/agile practices, informed by real-word experience, and guided by curiosity, empathy, and a bias toward long-term impact.
I work through short, focused, iterative cycles — clarifying direction, testing assumptions, and building momentum through incremental, sustainable progress.
Together, we will focus on work that puts people, knowledge, and collective growth at the center — preferring genuine connection and growth mindsets over fixed processes and formulas.
This takes shape through different modes of work, from focused conversations, knowledge synthesis, and visualising mental models, to facilitated alignment in workshops, retrospectives, and discovery sessions.
