About

Olive

Olive is an MVC framework for PHP.

I started this some months ago and based it on my legacy php code and the inspiration I took from other MVC frameworks, ORMs and applications.

But Olive is also a number of other projects, namely a growing list of modules, components and other resources, even complete applications, that can be combined to real life situation. These projects are the applied use cases that drive Olive forward.

Team

I, André Torgal started this in 2007. Project is still being published and any help is appreciated.

License

Yep, first question… still haven't chosen an appropriate license and not willing to just choose by taking any other project as an example until I have a serious discussion with experienced developers.

Contributing

This project is in real need of even the most basic input from the community! See Olive needs your help.

You might also want to take a look at the Demo Application. It gives you a general idea of how the application is setup and many practical examples, including the source code used to generate them.
