About the project
The Peak Point has been my main musical project since 2002. I haven’t been able to publish more music but the archive is now huge. My main purpose since then, since I realized I was not going to play “in a band” in the next few *sigh* years, is to explore the process of instrumental rock song-writing with less compromises.
Still I decided I would focus on some concept, somewhat revolving around the idea of saturation. Though I like to play other instruments and record other types of sounds, like keyboards and synths, The Peak Point is limited to the basic rock trio. Saturation comes with distortion, too many guitar overlays, and no empty spaces in between song structures.
Download my EP and explore other tracks: I will keep publishing drafts of whatever I record in 2008 under the “The Peak Point” umbrella.
Five Songs About The Process EP
This is my only release in so far. I made more than 100 copies just for family, friends and neighbours and had a dedicated website with full 320Kbps download, including hi-res covers+. One of the songs got published (look grandma, you can buy my song) in the Fading Ways FW50 compilation.
Download and listen to the Five Songs About The Process EP or visit The Peak Point @ myspace.
Five Songs Five Out-takes
These were the songs that I left out of the record. Mostly experiments around a different subject with some underlying common thing going there: the cinematographic intent and a limited set of instruments/sounds, including a lot of saturation and e-bow arrangements.

Networking
If you play rock music and would like to contribute to the project, either with some tracks or even a visit to my studio, please drop me a line, I have more than 20 songs in the making.
